- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆There is some type of fraudulent stuff going on with this bank. I've had an account with this bank for quite sometime and trusted everything was kosher, all of the sudden "bam" I started getting insufficient fund charges every time I used my card. I mean they were stealing money from me. I went in multiple times in a months period for them to refund the fees and not one time did they refund all the fees. Usually just a portion of them. I would recommend anyone using this bank to watch their account very close. I took all my money out and went elsewhere. Tried to close the account and they told me no I couldn't because I have a vehicle loan. I mean isn't the loan an account? Why do I have to have a checking or savings account? - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I absolutely hate their customer service. There is no one to talk to after 4:30. Yes online says they close at 5:30 but they turn the phone lines off early. Very inconvenient.
