Communication could not have been any better, they always answered their phone and provided very prompt service. Kara would call regularly with all of the updates that we needed and closing was a breeze. (The Hometown team had the ability to have us in MUCH quicker than that, but our sellers needed time to move) I can't believe how smooth everything went!!! They were there from the initial application and even after closing by making sure we were moved in!! The Hometown team is HIGHLY recommended to anyone who is looking to purchase!
