- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Do not go there to open any business account. The business banker Chris has no clue about what he is doing. He does not even want to make an appointment at 4 pm while he leaves work at 5 pm, as he said it may take longer than an hour to open an account!!!! How efficient that is!!! He also does not have the heart to help a customer. When he comes across situations he does not know or understand, he simply say" I am sorry I cannot do it as I don't want to get into trouble." I went to his office twice to try to open a business account while he gave no help and no correct info. What a waste of time! After making a turn to service trust bank. And they opened my account in 15 minutes like a breeze! So guys, if you want to get anything done in a timely manner, do no go to bbt in Vaughn RD, and definitely do not ask for Chris the business banker to help you! - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Overall, a good experience with BB&T. The staff is overworked due to some short staffing, but they're always nice and really go out of their way to do whatever they can for me - no matter how busy they are! I would recommend this branch to anyone happily.By megan hughes, April 16, 2017
